Birdland behind Thames Lea Mall and the Maples are the more established neighborhoods in the North Chatham area. The newer Prestancia Subdivision which has several specific areas is bordered by McNaughton Ave. West and the Bear Line Rd. There are single family dwellings, as well as areas with lovely condos and townhouses.There is a French Separate School and other schools and churches of various denominations in close proximity.
