Chatham YMCA off Grand Ave. West in Chatham recently held their Grand re-Opening with an Open House to mark the completion of renovations and amenity upgrades. Mayor Darrin Caniff was on hand for the festivities. Be sure to take the time to see the expanded facility and what it has to offer the people of Chatham-Kent. The $400,000 budget was spent on new Cardio equipment of different styles to accommodate those at all levels of fitness. There is something for everyone.
Programming at the YMCA was studied and restructured and the family program was revamped. Other additions include a new turf fitness area on the second floor which has a whole new look and feel. There are so many programs offered at this great facility for adults children of all ages and families.
